The Art in Public Places Program Statute requires that the following representatives be appointed to each Public Art Committee: the project manager, a tenant representative, a community representative, an artist representative, the project architect, a member of the Colorado Creative Industries, a State Senator, and a State Representative. All committee members volunteer their time and expertise.
