Jumpstart Awards - Guidelines and Online Application are now available.

To apply for a grant, you will need a user account on our online grant system.  To register as a new grant applicant:

  • Login/Register for new account at Community Grants Portal. (Notice the portal does not work with Internet Explorer 8 or below.) Click here to download the latest version of IE 10. You will have to restart you PC after you download IE10.
  • Follow the instructions to create your account. Note: Your username MUST be an email address.
  • You will receive a message of approval via email. Please allow 24 hours for approval.
  • After you have been approved, you can return to the log-in page and view available funding opportunities.

Congratulations on receiving a grant from the Colorado Creative Industries Division!

In this section, you can access various electronic forms on the left hand menu including the final report, project change request, and certain required contract forms. You will also find instructions and tools to help you promote your award and thank your legislators and other elected officials, which is a requirement of your grant contract.
